More Than Just Workouts – A System for Strength, Fitness & Longevity

At StudioX, we don’t believe in random workouts or quick-fix training. Our system is built on structured, progressive programming designed to get you stronger, fitter, and more capable—inside and outside the gym.

We cycle through 4 key training phases throughout the year, each with a specific focus, ensuring continuous improvement and avoiding plateaus.

  • Endurance (Jan-April)

    Goal: Develop work capacity, aerobic fitness, and muscular endurance to set a solid foundation.

  • Power (April-July)

    Goal: Increase power output, speed, and force production—train like an athlete.

  • Strength (July-Oct)

    Goal: Develop maximal strength & muscle for performance and longevity.

  • Hypertrophy (Oct-Dec)

    Goal: Blend strength, conditioning & skill work for well-rounded fitness leading into summer.
