Our Power Block is a structured strength-focused block that runs for 12 weeks, helping you lift heavier, move better, and build serious confidence under the bar. Broken into 3 micro cycles of 4 weeks, whether you're new to lifting or ready to chase some PBs, this block is for you.

Expect progressive programming, expert coaching, and a strong focus on technique across the big lifts. It’s the perfect way to sharpen your form, boost your numbers, and feel like a total weapon in the weights area.

Strength Block

Kicking off July 14th, our Strength Block is where we shift gears and put all that solid foundation work to the test. Think lower reps, heavier loads, and a clear focus on building raw, functional strength.

Over the 12 weeks you’ll be lifting with intent, chasing PBs, and dialing in technique with expert coach support every step of the way. Whether you're fresh out of our Power Block or ready to dive straight in, this phase is built to help you level up.
