  • MICHELLE

    From uber driver mum to inspiring clients towards their health and fitness goals, I'm the gal you never knew you needed. From owning a travel agency I now channel my passion for exploration into helping others explore the realms of their own potential. You'll find me behind the desk or outpacing Duncan in a workout! On a perfect weekend, you'll find me cheering on my 3 budding sports stars, squeezing in a workout and wrapping it all up with a cozy coffee with our members!

  • DUNCAN

    I've got a Bachelor's in Physical Education, mastering Exercise Science. By day, I'm the coach for my rugrats' Junior Rugby crew. It's a blast watching the kids evolve from wobbly to wowza! I'm a simple dude with simple tastes – give me a Bench Press any day. And my weekend? Kicks off with a crack-of-dawn workout and a cuppa joe at Archies, having a banter with the members. Wind it down with a family road trip to Raglan, chasing ice cream and racing our dogs on the beach. Life's a beach, after all!

    I've been deep in the coaching game a long time, spanning sports teams, one-on-one sessions, and the energetic world of group fitness. I'm a 'strong' junkie – into Competitive Bodybuilding, Powerlifting, and CrossFit throwdowns. 2020 saw me leap from the UK to New Zealand, where I immediately fell in love. When the clock's set to "me time," you'll find me out and about with my partner, exploring the great outdoors, and enjoying 'leisurely' strolls with our GSD sidekick, Eddie.

    I was born and raised in Auckland and have spent the majority of my life there. Currently, I call Morrinsville my home! I hold professional qualifications as both a registered Occupational Therapist and a certified Personal Trainer.

    My true passion lies in CrossFit, a sport I've been devoted to for approximately 8 years. I've had the privilege of competing and plan to participate in the Masters division next year. Coffee is an absolute essential in my life; I often joke that it's my blood type. Furthermore, I'm an avid dog lover!

  • ANGELA

    Angela's fitness journey took flight during her rigorous Muay Thai kickboxing training, where she found inspiration to become a fitness coach amidst the intense workouts and mental hurdles.

    Despite her Colombian roots, Angela doesn't speak a word of Spanish, having been raised in New Zealand since 2007. She earned her personal training certification in 2020 and is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Sport Science and Human Performance to refine her coaching skills.

    The newest addition to the team, brings an abundance of passion for sport and exercise. With a bachelor’s degree in health, sport, and human performance, complemented by minors in sports development and coaching

    Outside of work, Abbey’s dedication to fitness shines through as she immerses herself in weightlifting and CrossFit. Her commitment to strength development is evident, reflecting her passion for living an active lifestyle. Beyond the gym, Abbey treasures quality time spent with friends and family, rounding out her well-balanced approach to life. Welcome to the team, Abbey! 🎉
